With our simple returns process, you can shop online worry-free.

If something doesn’t work out, you can send most items back within 30 days of delivery*.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item. 
  • We inspect all returned items. The product must be in new and unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
  • Shipping costs will be taken out of the refund in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.
  • If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will either refund the cost of merchandise and shipping, OR send you a replacement item. Your choice.
  • If you receive the wrong item, we will send you the correct one and pay for return shipping on the wrong item.

A straight return (incorrectly ordered, returning instead of replacing per our policy, etc.) will be subject to a 30% restocking fee, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

*There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Some items noted as "non-returnable" may be accepted on a case-by-case basis, and will be subject to a higher restocking fee.

*Return exclusions:

  • Items on sale are final. No returns or refunds will be allowed.
  • Custom or Made-to-Order Items are final sale. No returns or refunds will be allowed. Except in cases of manufacturer damage.
  • Items shipped by freight.
