- In stock items ship in 1 to 3 business days. We are a small family owned company and currently only have 1 person doing shipping for us.

- Made to order items take 1 to 3 weeks to make and ship.

Refund & Returns

With our simple returns process, you can shop online worry-free.

If something doesn’t work out, you can send most items back within 30 days of delivery*.

Start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item.
We inspect all returned items. The product must be in new and unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
Shipping costs will be taken out of the refund in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.
If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will either refund the cost of merchandise and shipping, OR send you a replacement item. Your choice.
If you receive the wrong item, we will send you the correct one and pay for return shipping on the wrong item.

Should a bracket fail when used properly with the correct amount of load, tell us about it and we will replace your purchase. we cannot warranty against scratches and blemishes, these will naturally occur over the lifetime of the stainless steel and add to its aesthetic.

All Kulshan Deck Bar Brackets come with an one year structural warranty. We cannot, however, offer a warranty on coatings from nicks, dents or scratches due to many potential in use issues such as environmental conditions. When installed correctly, these brackets will last a very long time.

All Rolling Plant Caddies come with an one year structural warranty. We cannot, however, offer a warranty on coatings from nicks, dents or scratches due to many potential in use issues such as environmental conditions. We also cannot offer a warranty on the casters.
